Traditional light-touch lymphatic drainage has been used in the wellness industry for over a century and can be highly beneficial, especially for post-surgical recovery, cancer care, and gentle support. At Trillium, we also use light-touch techniques when appropriate.
However, many clients come to us after finding that traditional methods didn’t fully resolve their concerns. We believe this is often because deeper lymphatic blockages remain unaddressed. Think of it like a clogged sink: skimming water from the surface may provide temporary relief, but it doesn’t clear the actual blockage. Our approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause to support deeper, longer-lasting results.
At Trillium, we view the body as an interconnected system where lymphatic, venous, arterial, emotional, and nervous system health all work together. Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Perry and the Stop Chasing Pain philosophy, we combine advanced lymphatic techniques with a holistic understanding of how stress, inflammation, pain, and emotional tension affect the body. Every client is carefully assessed to determine the approach best suited for their needs, whether that involves deeper work, lighter techniques, or a combination of both. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where the body can release restriction, restore flow, and move toward lasting wellness.
