Why do I want Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) after my surgery?

MLD can greatly reduce the common post-operative side effects, minimizing downtime and discomfort. By reducing swelling and bruising, MLD promotes the flow of healing cells, accelerating the healing process. This results in less pain, reduced downtime, improved scar formation, and a faster return to daily activities.
