Your comfort, physical and emotional, is our top priority. From your very first session, we make sure every comfort and accommodation is in place, creating the foundation for a deeply personalized healing journey.
Our sessions are thoughtfully structured into three key phases: assessment, reconnecting with your body, and therapeutic service.
The assessment, part 1: Mapping blockages
We begin with a comprehensive assessment, mapping key lymph node areas to pinpoint blockages that may be contributing to your symptoms. While this step may cause brief discomfort (pokey feeling), it is essential for creating an effective, customized treatment plan.
The assessment, part 2: Mapping pain patterns
We also evaluate pain patterns in your feet and hands, since discomfort in one area can impact other regions, such as the hips or neck, through the body's interconnected fascia network. Our unique approach aims to address pain at its true source, not just mask symptoms. This philosophy aligns with Dr. Perry’s “Stop Chasing Pain” methodology, based on interconnection. “No system gets hurt alone, no system heals alone.” Dr. Perry.
Our approach blends Dr. Perry's innovative techniques with Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains principles, focusing on the importance of fascia in whole-body health as well as our personal mentor, our independent studies, acupressure, trainings, and more.

Disruptions in one area can easily affect the other, and it’s common for clients to experience gut issues alongside headaches, neck pain, or low back discomfort and even gut issues. By addressing the vagus nerve, we help restore balance for holistic, lasting relief.

We recommend a series of four sessions, ideally spaced a week apart. This schedule allows us to closely track your progress and fine-tune your care for the best possible results. Most of our clients seek our help after years, if not decades, of dysfunction. It takes more than one session to identify and begin addressing the root causes behind these longstanding issues. Ultimately, our goal is to help you reach a state of maintenance, empowering you to take control of your health and visit us only for occasional tune-ups.
Consistency is key in unlocking your best self. Even with once a month appointments over six months, clients can experience remarkable improvements in their health. This approach is both accessible and effective.
Sessions broken down
The First Session- is devoted to mapping your body’s unique patterns and beginning the process of clearing blockages.
The Second Session- involves continued mapping and evaluation. We assess how your body has responded, adjust our approach as needed, and determine whether to move forward with advanced techniques or maintain a supportive holding pattern—always prioritizing your well-being.
Sessions three and four build on your progress, refining and deepening your results for lasting change.
What to expect afterward: Detoxing
It’s possible that clients may experience detox symptoms during the healing process. While we take care not to overstimulate the nervous system, sometimes detoxification is a natural and necessary response. Dr. Perry states “it’s better out than in.” It can be challenging to balance the desire for results with the body’s need to proceed gradually. Detox symptoms may include headaches, body aches, changes in sleep, or emotional shifts. This is a normal part of the journey for some, and we’re here to support you through it.
