We wanted to share a few of our favorite self-care tools. These are the ones we personally use, love, or have had highly recommended by our teachers.
This time of year can be a lot on top of what can already be considered ALOT: busy schedules, colder weather, and extra stress on our bodies. These tools can help you stay balanced, support your healing, and remind you to take care of you this season.
For Everyone:
Red Light Therapy — Click here,
If you’re looking to reduce inflammation, support circulation, and give your body a boost from the inside out, red light therapy is a game changer. It helps your cells repair and recover faster. Perfect for tired muscles or general wellness maintenance.
My Lymph teacher requires all clients to get this when working with him. I'd strongly recommend picking one up. '
They have other ones you might want to check out.
This isn’t your average heating pad. Far infrared heat penetrates deeper into your tissues, helping release muscle tension, support detoxification, and soothe those “I’ve-been-sitting-too-long” aches that come with colder months.
I have several different sizes. The bed one (my bed is toasty warm now), the wrap around the neck and shoulder (see below) and several different sizes ones to wrap around my legs or arms)

This is a HUGE win for anyone who suffers from migraines and all of my computer workers. Stop carpal tunnel before it starts at the core.
A year ago I recommended this project to a client who suffered from constant migraines. She got this and went over 2 months without a migraine! She was almost in tears when she told me how well it works.
Vibration Tools — 👉Click here
Here’s a fun fact: vibration signals travel to the brain faster than pain signals. Using gentle vibration around sore or painful areas helps calm the nervous system, interrupt pain, and support recovery. It’s like giving your body a little reset button.

My Plastic Surgery teacher recommended this one because it fits so nicely into the armpit, which is GREAT for overall lymphatic drainage or breast surgeries.

Post-surgery swelling or tenderness can be tough. Vibration tools can help support lymphatic flow, minimize discomfort, and encourage healing, but always check with your doctor before using any new device after surgery.

Facelift
Facial Wand —👉 Click here
A great little tool for gentle facial work. Helps reduce puffiness, support circulation, and bring a healthy glow back to the skin, especially during recovery or after any aesthetic treatment.

Whether you’re investing in your own self-care or looking for thoughtful gifts for someone special, these tools can make a real difference.
And as always, please check with your doctor to make sure any new tool is safe for your unique body and needs.
Wishing you warmth, rest, and renewal
